One Person Killed After Vehicle Enters Lane of Oncoming Traffic in Knoxville
Knoxville, TN (February 1, 2021) One person was killed after a multiple-vehicle crash that occurred in Knoxville early on the morning of February 1st. According to the preliminary report provided by Knoxville law enforcement, a vehicle traveling westbound on West Avenue entered the eastbound lane of traffic and subsequently collided with two vehicles.
The driver of one of the westbound vehicles was killed in the crash. The two people who were occupants of the eastbound vehicles reported no injuries. A further investigation into what caused the crash is still being performed.
