Fox, Willis and Burnette donate Blessing Boxes to local communities
The Blessing Box Project
Businesses that Bless
Take what you need. Leave what you can.
A community giving initiative by Fox, Farley, Willis & Burnette — helping good people through difficult times.
At Fox, Farley, Willis & Burnette, we believe in helping good people through difficult times — both inside and outside the courtroom.
During the global pandemic, we saw neighbors come together in incredible ways to support one another when times were tough. That’s when we joined the effort to support The Blessing Box Project — simple community boxes filled with food and essentials, available for anyone in need.
While this wasn’t an idea we created, it’s one we believe in deeply — and one worth jumping on board with, expanding, and encouraging others to share or create in their own neighborhoods.
Now, as we enter the holiday season — and a time when many across our country are facing renewed challenges — we’re hoping to revive and expand this effort to reach even more people in East Tennessee.
What is a Blessing Box?
A Blessing Box is a small, outdoor pantry stocked with non-perishable food and necessities.
It’s open to everyone — no forms, no questions, no judgment.
If you need something, take it.
If you can give something, leave it.
Every small act of kindness adds up to a stronger community.

How You Can Help
There are many ways to get involved and make a difference:
- Find and Stock a Box: Visit one of the many Blessing Boxes around town and fill it with non-perishable food or essentials — a simple act that can make someone’s day a little brighter.
- Start Your Own Box: Build or place a Blessing Box at your business, church, or community space. We’ll add your location to our public list, so neighbors know where to find help.
- Supply Our Team: Donate non-perishable food, hygiene items, or small household goods to our offices — our staff will restock boxes throughout the area regularly.
- Feel free to shop our Amazon Wish List to have your donation shipped directly to us.
- Make a Financial Donation: Contribute funds to help us purchase food and essentials to keep the boxes filled in the weeks and months ahead.
No matter how you give, every contribution helps someone in need right here in our community.
Our Promise
Just like in our work, this project is rooted in compassion, trust, and teamwork.
When we all give a little, we can make a big difference.
Together, we can help good people through difficult times — one Blessing Box at a time.
