Pedestrian Struck Near Highway 68

Cumberland County (March 8, 2021) Law enforcement and emergency medical workers responded to a pedestrian accident on Highway 68 just north of the Alloway community in Cumberland County on March 8th. The report provided by law enforcement states that the driver of a Pontiac Grand Prix was traveling south when her motor vehicle collided with a driver who was on the Ten Mile in the left arm. The pedestrian who was struck was walking on the road in the same direction. The injured pedestrian was later transported to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of injuries. No injuries have been noted in relation to the incident and additional details about how the accident occurred are pending.
