South Knox County Crash Leaves One Dead

Knox County, TN (February 1, 2021) One person was killed on February 1st in a single-vehicle crash that occurred in South Knox County. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 8400 block of Martin Mill Pike around 12:30 a.m. to discover that the passenger of the vehicle had been killed in the crash. The vehicle’s driver was transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center and details about his condition have not yet been released. Due to the crash, the road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
